If an order is cancelled before dispatch, the refund will be credited to the original source of payment within 5–7 working days, if applicable. Once an order has been dispatched or delivered, monetary refunds are generally not provided. For approved cases involving sale items or other eligible situations, refunds may be processed in the form of store credit as per store policy and communicated to the customer accordingly.
To be eligible for a return or exchange, the product must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags and packaging intact. Products that show signs of wear, damage, alteration, or use will not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer.
